On Feb 29th, Prof. Cui Chunming (Nankai University), Prof. Li Jianfeng (Nankai University), and Prof. Luo Gen (Anhui University) visited our group upon the invitation of Prof. Zhang. They took a group photo with us.

      In the afternoon, Prof. Cui Chunming gave a lecture titled "Borane-Silane Complexes and Disilene Chemistry" to the teachers and students in room CB215. Dr. Cui Chunming, a graduate of the University of Göttingen in Germany, is a renowned expert in the field of element and organometallic chemistry in China. He has made significant contributions to organometallic chemistry of elements, organometallic chemistry of metals, and homogeneous catalysis.

      Following Prof. Cui's excellent presentation, Dr. Chen Wufeng defended his postdoctoral exit report. Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. from Nankai University in 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Cui Chunming and Prof. Li Jianfeng. After completing his doctorate, he joined our group for postdoctoral research under the guidance of Prof. Zhang, focusing on the synthesis and catalysis of rare earth metal heterocycles. After the defense, the teachers took a group photo with Dr. Chen to commemorate the occasion. We thank Prof. Cui Chunming, Prof. Li Jianfeng, and Prof. Luo Gen for their visit and congratulate Dr. Chen Wufeng on successfully completing his postdoctoral research!
